Arif Amlani is a CPA, CA by profession and has served as a director at Waverley House since its founding in the summer of 2000. He previously built, owned, and operated two seniors supported living residences: Monterey Place, a 110-bed assisted living facility from 2000 to 2014, and Millrise Place, a 180-bed facility providing a supportive living environment from 2005 to 2014. Arif is also a co-founder of SASAdoctor Virtual Care, a social enterprise in Kenya that offers telemedicine-based primary care through the SASAdoctor mobile app. Additionally, Arif is a director of Sol Verde Affordable Housing Foundation, which is dedicated to constructing and managing affordable housing within the community care sector.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience—including a tenure as VP of Operations at Brylu Staffing—Misty’s leadership is defined by her ability to balance complex business logistics with resident advocacy. She oversees all internal infrastructure and regulatory compliance, ensuring the facility operates with fiscal precision and clinical excellence.
Misty’s professional foundation in nursing from NorQuest College, paired with MBA Essentials from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, gives her a unique vantage point. This blend of medical heart and executive expertise allows her to lead a high-performing team that excels in dementia care, mental health, and supportive senior living.
